Some of you will have read our saga/nightmare of trying to find a pony.
At last we have got one and she arrived today.
Ruby,posh name Classic Cantata is a 13.2 hh 10 year old chestnut mare.
Shes riding pony x thoroughbred x Arab.

After travelling miles looking at ponies we found one that is only 15 minutes up the road & is in our branch of the pony club!
Her previous owner didn't click with her but Michelle loved her when we tried her out.
First outing is on Saturday at a games practice. Now she has arrived she can take some of the workload off Rosie. |

So pleased you found a lovely pony -love the breeding! I remember B. Valentino very well - just looked at his photo on allbreeds. Did we really ride like that then?! |

Congratulations so glad you have finally found a pony. She looks a lovely mare, very settled already. They look like they will make a great team together. Look forward to hearing about their adventures together - as well as Rosies! |

joanna_piana - Rosie will still be in the show-jumping team for the pony club & also may do a bit more if Ruby doean't settle straight away,but we hope Ruby can replace Rosie in the games?
We have quite a lot of work to do with Ruby as she thinks everything has to be done at 100 mph! Hopefully, lots of flatwork will help her, & help to build muscle & topline up on her.Shes a lovely sweet mare . |

Lovely - great news!
I also own a riding pony x thoroughbred x arab (shares the same lines as yours through Bwlch Valentino) - the 14.3 chestnut in my signature. She's a fabulous pony - a great combination of breeds who combines pony attitude with a willing nature, the ability to find an extra leg when required and is tough as old boots.
I hope you have as much fun with yours as I do with mine! |
