Posted - 19 Apr 2010 : 7:40:35 PM I know someone here will know the answer to my question!
What is the minimum % of Arab blood you need to show in a part-bred Arab class or does it depend on the show? Thanks, Lisa |

Posted - 19 Apr 2010 : 8:22:52 PM It used to be 25% so it might pay you to let the show organisers know that it has now changed within AHS rules.
I hope you have better luck buying this time.

Posted - 19 Apr 2010 : 8:15:50 PM They were quick replies - thanks! Yes, Elaine - really enjoyed yesterday & Rosie's out in her summer paddock today having a couple of days off. Loved the pic on the Northern Arabian Horse website of her.
Reason I asked the question, is that we've been to see a pony for sale that is 14.5 % Arab. I know one of our local shows has Arab classes that require 25% Arab blood but my first thought was that it was a higher % than usual? If we get the pony, its 1st job would be a games pony, but nice to have the versatility to do other classes. Thanks again for the quick responses. |
