Posted - 09 Feb 2010 : 8:49:23 PM Im sorry 2 say Merlin is not very well, he has got very bad mud fever and he is really suffering. No riding 4 a while.
Anybody got any gd ways of getting rid of it? |

Posted - 13 Feb 2010 : 12:16:38 AM I am pleased 2 tell you that Merlin's back feet r much better the pig oil is working a treat. However his front feet are still looking a bit sore, so still not riding and he's driving himself mad! Back to hibbi scrub and warm water i think. Poor Merlin :-( |

Posted - 09 Feb 2010 : 9:48:10 PM Hope merlin gets better soon if you scrub it with hibbi scrub and warm water then before washing off wrap legs in cling film for 10 mins (if he will let you) then rinse off and dry well then cover in udder cream! This has worked if any of mine have ever had it Hope this helps |

Posted - 09 Feb 2010 : 9:35:45 PM We used aromaheel last year for the first time - worked a treat but you do need to put it on thickly,don't be mean with it! Hope hes soon better. |
