Posted - 12 Jan 2010 : 8:27:17 PM Cloughwood Gold Spangle my rising 4yo PBA mare having a bit of fun in the snow- and Marco casually eating- he usually has a great old time too but eating was higher on the priority list today as he looks on in disgust and the young 'un having a play!
Was a little worrying watching her as she stayed on the compacted snow and not in themuch less slippy deeper snow that would have given her more footing!

They certainly do enjoy it- she's almost always game for a play anyway and the YO often reports to me she has had a flee around the field during the day for no reason- its a bit icy now though so they are taking great care on it and walking very slowly over for their feed- but more amazingly some of the field is now GREEN!!
