Posted - 09 Dec 2009 : 08:18:23 AM Well as the rain seems to be never ending here, we are now walking all our weanling's out each day and we try very hard to get them out when the rain gives in a bit ( i don't mind them out in mud etc, but 3 weanling's and to much speed is the norm!! ) Anyway this is our little Arima out and about, she is so funny, has to have a look at everything, so I thought i would take the camera along with us this time! Sorry for the photo overload in advance!
Ummm ...what is this mum? Can i try and get in it please!

Posted - 10 Dec 2009 : 4:56:36 PM Thanks all! They do seem to take up most of my free time, mind you i wouldn't have it any other way! We are very proud of them all and Silvqa and Monamee that we bred this year(we are so proud of all the foals over the years) but its the mares that do all the hard work and Qamar & Cellem just get the fun parts! and then the mares are quite happy to pass the rains over to us at a certain age!
Yes misterei, lets hope the rain holds of next year! I'm looking forward to showing them too and also seeing Monamee out with Abi!
Mair, I bet your one is a much lighter grey by now!
Ros, growing fast they are!! lol But Araya is growing outwards just as fast too, she really likes her food! !!
One last photo of them all trying very hard to get a drink at the same time!

They look like a lot of pleasure, looking forwards to seeing them around next year, and in the years to come.

Posted - 09 Dec 2009 : 4:42:40 PM Thanks everyone! I find her so funny as she really is so nosey! Like you say Rhoni, such a lovely age...I just love being around them...never a dull moment!
Ros, no chance of then two being left out! They (Dine and Araya ) think they are king and Queen of the yard! Very sure of themselves, I did try and take the camera out with them both but Dine is like a balloon ...up, down flying around!!! and Araya (as i say) is "all business" once we are out the stable door she is off, when asked to stand she looks at me, as if to say, ummmmm why do stand when i can trot( or try her best to canter!)!!! But ill pop a pic on of both, because if word gets back to them ..i maybe in trouble!
Here is Dine...doing the hole balloon thing!
And "Madam" Araya!!
and Dine and Araya together ...Double trouble!
