Posted - 07 Jun 2009 : 8:38:00 PM When i lost my old arab mare 2 months ago, felt empty without her and after good talk with my parnter,he agreed want buy me purebred Arab mare for pleasure rides so off we went to see black egyptian arab mare bramble and fallen in love with her at first sight, she just amazing, trusty brave with wonderful temp and WOW can she move!so comfortable to ride. When she came home with me,took her to for regular rides in my area which is her first experience to be out on the mountains, forest and paddle in shallow river, she loves every mintue of it and her face was a picture when went down to the beach for the first time with my friend on her standardbred gelding to see the wide space yet she was brave with ears ***** up,she still not sure of dip in the sea as the sound and waves made her unsure to dip in so will take time with her accept that when she is ready but she loves canter through shallow sea river and when i let her reins loose to let her go to try canter/gallop along on sand in steady paces, she just loved every minute of it!
Went to her first pleasure ride today with my friend on her Arab mare, she was excited to see so many horses there but yet she behaved so well, ridden in treeless and bitless which she accepted in them straight away when bought her as she used to snaffle bridle, she was slightly pulling the reins when see horses gallop past us but relax/calm down when asked her to slow down, photography man was there took some of lovely pictures of her...So proud of her as she is one in million and i'm so happy i did got her
Other day my arab gelding who i own for 9 years now,his breeder let me know that her friend looking for new home for her 3yrs old egyptian liver chestnut arab filly,we agreed and bought her,she just simply beautiful, she just look very similar as her sire with amazing bloodlines. She is sharp illigent filly, tall with fanastic long legs!,going do natural horsemanship work with her to get her to accept everything with no fear.Looking forward get know her properly when she settled in.
Just strange how much i wanted a egyptian arab mare to get my dream come true as been looking for long time and diffcult to find dark colour, end up got two! If you do have dream, its will come true for you in time and paience |
