had a good but tiring day. Nice venue. Looking forward to Wetherby. Feefee still pooped but hopefully his 20 mile ride in the scottish borders will renew his vigour!

Late entries and entries on the day will be taken, we have decided to add a surcharge of £5 for late entries/on the day to help everyone finicially this year!
Please let Wendy Marr know if you are intending to late enter or come along with your horse on the day, it helps with the planning!

We may consider this nearer the time, but entries on the day are always a minimum of double the standard entry fee.
The issue with making entries on the day standard practice, is forward planning. If we were to make entries on the day a standard practice, then there could be a tendency to delay putting in entries to the show, and as a result you have a show secretary assuming that entries are too low to make the show viable and shows then get potentially cancelled as a result.
We have not raised our entry fees in two years, so we would appreciate pre-booked entries.

The schedule is being redrafted to included PreNovice ridden classes - these additional classes will be unaffiliated to prevent any premature upgrading of novice horses! Great News!

Can anyone tell me if there will be overnight stabling avaliable ? I am hoping to come down to the show from Edinburgh with my boys. Also wondering if we can park and stay overnight in the lorry at the venue ?

David Froggat judging the ridden and Nicola Mellor the inhand, some home produced ridden classes on aswell this year, for us have a go heros!

I've put details and a link on "Giddy up North" forum - which has generated some interest and I've put a wall post on the Northern FB page. I'll see a few of the arba people up here in the frozen north at the winter dressage series so I'll keep at 'em.
Looking forward to it - Is Askahm Bryen near Bedale? Off the A1 at Leeming Bar?
