We took Darkwaters Debut a filly foal by Ranger and I'm Hello dolly a two year old by Ranger to the westaphalian show today.
The foal was warm blood foal champion and the two year old was two/three year old champion.
The dam of debut (First Love 008) was the westaphalian broodmare champion.

Both the girls are for sale
What was interesting was that the Germans would of excepted them both into the westaphalian stud book and branded them, had they not already had trak passports overstamped AHS.
They asked that both the fillys be presented for grading with them at three!
So next year when "first Love" foals we will hang back getting her passport done and have the foal branded westaphalian.
That will be interesting! Bet the AHS wont of had a westaphalian that's a PBA 
Just goes to show that the Germans appreciate the arab blood.

Well Done Nicky......cant do much better than that....three champions in a row and on one day
Can always rely on Team Romarnic to bring home the goods and the future looks bright for Rangers ability to sire quality stock....which of course are also PART BRED ARABS

Lovely filly foal Nicky. How enticing, spending the next three years anticipating what she'll be like to ride. Guess Doug will get on the two year old before that! Also very nice and sure to be very athletic. Well done all of you... |
