Thanks so much for that George. Yes , your photos beat mine definitely, I can't get the hang of these digital things. He does look quite a handsome young man in the photos doesn't he?  I ahve to say he has grown up quite a lot in his mental attitude these last few weeks, and took the show in his stride. I have Michelle (Lyall) to thank for most of that for the work she put into training him. Thanks Michelle for a job well done

It was great to meet you to Annette, I don't know about professional lol, but I just had a new camera so was trying it out here are a few of Nyrobi, he is gorgeous

Lovely photos George. It was good to meet you, Martin and Nabil, just sorry we never got together again. Hadn't realised you were in the field next to ours or we would have come and found you. I loved Nabil and I really wouldn't worry about his off day, it is a huge experience for a young horse! I was so pleased with how my young man, Nyrobi took it all in, it being his very first show as well! I couldn't have asked for better from him, but he did have Uncle Al Rakka to show him how to behave Any chance you can post some of the pics you took of him? Would love to see them, you look a much more professional photographer than me.

yep, and as I have put on another thread "absolute nightmare" sums it up pretty well,  he was a very naughty boy, he was so relaxed after we had familiarised him with the place that he just used Martin as a boxing and biting playmate  he was awful and I wanted the ground to swallow me up  even though he is already entered we had decided not to take him to Towerlands but after talking with some lovely people we have decided that if he keeps condition on and starts to improve his behaviour then we might as well take him, to be fair to him it was his first time staying away and he had stallions either side of him in the stables, which may have had something to do with him being so "flat" in the ring, anyway there are some pics of him on my post, Piccies of my naughty boy I still adore him though |
