Wondering if anyone could help?
I have owned my Mare CS Sambisoora for nearly four years. I know all about her bloodlines and parentage but have been led to believe that she has produced two foals. I dont know who with or what her offsprings names would be??
Would be wonderful if anyone would know who they were as i would love to know what they are like!! |

Hi Pettit,
I used to own Sambi, and both her sisters Jumah and CS Shamal, in fact I sold Sambi to the Wainwright's. I had a look at the photos is Harry the one in the yellow bandages, looks the spitting image of his mum, and great to see he's doing endurance.
I still own Jumah's daughters Samuaring and Amyzing Zayin, both due to race this year (Sammy won last year and Amy placed), and I've also got Shamal's son Zayin Shamern. E-mail or pm if you want me to send you Sambi's profile with her family's performance credentials.

Hi Kelly,
I own on of your mare's foals. He is called Harryshotbanana born 27/4/06 and his father is called Fantasist. I bought him from his breeders the Wainwrights 4 years ago. He recently did his first EGB ride 'Jubilee trail' on 11/3. There are some pictures on www.rexphotography.co.uk i am rider no.61. |

you need to contact Pete or Sara Wainwright of Hurston Farm Arabians.Exeter. They own Fantasist and have had him from a foal so will know which mares he covered. |

Kelly, I think this is the sire

He was bred by Sue Bundy and is now competing as a gelding, but has at least one foal listed on allbreedpedigree (not by your mare, sadly).
If you google him you can find a photo of him competing (can't post the link because I think it comes under advertising)

Thankyou all so much for your help and welcoming me! It would just be nice to know and interesting to find out who her colt is! I have now heard from Paul and he said he thinks she had a foal by a horse Called Fantasist? Oh wish i had seen her in her racing days! She is now a brilliant little showjumper and her favourite is XC!

I've checked her on allbreedpedigree and there are no progeny listed (Go to Reports tab on her pedigree page and choose progeny).
She has some lovely horses in her pedigree.
She is mentioned in this article by Paul under unluckiest horse not to win

I don't know if you have had a look on allbreedspedigree, not all horses are listed but there is an option-if they're listed on the site-to look up any foals a mare may have had. I know there was a thread recently that gave details on how to look it up but at the moment haven't been able to find it, maybe someone else would remember it |

I can remember CS Sambisoora racing and I also own a CS horse. Your mare was owned and raced at one time by a friend of mine, Paul Simmonds of Zayin Stud, who posts on here as Sundance. He may be able to give you more information so I'll point him in this direction.
