Posted - 18 May 2011 : 12:02:51 PM I am trying to get a good photo of the Granby stud's Halma, he was the sire of our lovely Brindisi daughter Pagarwaen and another of our brood mares Amlah, (dam of Vlacq Uralooki). There was a very nice one in a copy of AHS news many many years ago and sadly my copy was loaned out never to return. Also would like to trace a picture of Mel Queda. Qharida's dam. to complete some family archives. Any leads much appreciated. Mrs Vlacq the old, confined to the house as back '****'.

Posted - 23 May 2011 : 12:23:50 PM Hi Sue, many of the horse's are not on all breeds.. if they were I could add your pictures to the pedigree site. Failed to find many off springs from this line that I know you have bred.Leaving the link to Brindisi, No pic for her, so could start with this one.. Look at the progeny and add what you can..I cant find this one ???- Vlacq Uralooki and remember Gerwazy from the 1960's.( pic up). Got several pics of Gail & Gilfie doing endurance.. http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/brindisi8
Also, I am very interested in this line, and the out shoots.. some interesting performance horses developed from these lines. And I've still got a pile of old Horse News I'm looking at, at the mo. trouble is I keep getting distracted, now reading all abouit AA & PB Shonleigh Show 1993 & Cherif Ch.Addington, same year. I found an off spring of a mare I sold (to Trellech Stud) in 1971, when my father died, and was just wondering if I could track this recent desendant down, T.Honeypot was one of her children and who won the Ch.Yearling that day in 1993.
Not all of Brindisi & Pagarwaen children are listed, many you've bred are not there.. So let me know if you have photo's that are missing from the All breeds and I'll stick them on for you.
Cheers Sue |

Plus some of the older background horses I have cribbed from publications. Will happily forward some/all of these. |

Posted - 21 May 2011 : 5:58:14 PM Thanks for that, at least I have one now, the one I lost track of was a nice trotting shot. Garnet, Sue, we used him well over 30 years ago now, before we left Oxford. He was such a gorgeous 'plum' liver chestnut. |
