Posted - 14 May 2010 : 8:46:17 PM hi there,
well its nice to see Z is building up a fan club!! I am Gemma Jackson , Silver Zaanif's owner ( though I'm not sure who owns whom sometimes!) Barring a disaster that put him out of work Zaanif is not standing at stud this year, as Clutha says he has lots of growing to do so this year we are just keeping him quiet and focusing on all round training, next year he will be available to a limited number of mares... if i can work out the pictures upload I'll put some on for you to see his progress. I do love my pony..... If any one wants to come and meet him though that's fine, just drop me a line and even if you only want to say hi because your interested in talking pedigree's I'd love to chat.... :) |

Posted - 11 May 2010 : 12:58:14 PM PS,
MOD,
I have no connection with this stallion nor stand to profit by saying what a nice boy he is. I just stopped to fuss him & chatted to his mum & grandma. |

Posted - 11 May 2010 : 12:55:17 PM I did put a post about him on the general discussion but the moderator removed it (no idea why, did ask the question 'why?' but mod has not bothered to get back to me).
He has the most charming, gentle nature (I met him at the St Meubreds endurance ride). He's 4, going to be 15.2hh+ I reckon with a lovely frame that will fill out over the next couple of years. They are planning to Nasta test him next year to get premium status. A really exciting future Crabbet performance stallion prospect. His first foal (I believe) has been born at Gadebrook Stud where he went for a holiday to learn how to 'do the business'. |

thanks for that - just rather liked the look of this stallion and would like to know a bit more about him.

Posted - 17 Apr 2010 : 3:50:10 PM Hi Nicky,
Anne Brown (Gadebrook Stud) has just had a mare foal to Silver Zaanif, so if you contact her she should be able to give you a steer of where to find him.
