Posted - 07 Jun 2009 : 12:31:29 PM Ok I'm going to speak up for the softie! Yes 'Bear' is quite fit (I've seen fitter) but I don't like the look of him - alpha male definitely and I bet he has a grumpy temper on him! Ray has such a gentle, but still strong, manner, and yes he's a bit round but still pretty strong muscle wise; I could imagine living quite happily on an island with him for ages, he's so mild-mannered!
I know who my horse would choose - and that sorts it out for me!
(Eva doesn't like most men, they have to have the right attitude!) |

Posted - 06 Jun 2009 : 10:30:33 AM lol ok Kash, you win Bear is rather
But you'd have to fight for the mirror, and I reckon Ray would still love you in the morning
Oh dear - I was just passing Bear off as a 'Pretty Boy' and my OH has just said he was in the SAS - OK he is a Super Fit, Highly Intelligent, Alpha Male
Bet he has a tiny *ick |

Posted - 05 Jun 2009 : 11:38:02 PM LOL Ooooooo Bear Schmare who care what he was christened! As for the hotel room...he'd catch a nasty chill with all that leaping into water butt naked
Would worry about his eating habits tho!
Ray looks like he'd survive for a few weeks without having to hunt/trap/kill anything |

Posted - 05 Jun 2009 : 8:46:38 PM Bear Grylls for purely aesthetic reasons... unfortunately lost some credibility after it emerged he'd stayed in a hotel room instead of roughing it.
But I still soooooo would! |

Posted - 05 Jun 2009 : 7:41:03 PM Oh really.........!!! Bear Grylls, no question.
A good friend of mine is friends with Bear - after months of constant badgering he got me a signed photo I did ask him to get me something a bit more personal than that but never mind! And no, he utterly refuses to let me meet him Boo. Hiss. |

Posted - 05 Jun 2009 : 7:18:14 PM Lol Vera - you're really bringing up some fascinating topics!!
Ray Mears (only 'cos I don't know the other one). He's so cuddly, I do wonder though - he always has a camera crew in tow; do you think he nips to the local Hilton after filming? He looks rather too well-covered to have survived on seeds and roots |

Posted - 05 Jun 2009 : 6:37:49 PM Definitely Ray Mears, and he's such a natural, unassuming sort of chap too. Absolutely fascinating.

Posted - 05 Jun 2009 : 5:44:19 PM Ray Mears .. and alas I can't find a picture which was on the net of Ray holding a spear with Bear's head on it, saying he'd caught and eaten him.. hmm.. |
