Ok I'm going to speak up for the softie! Yes 'Bear' is quite fit (I've seen fitter) but I don't like the look of him - alpha male definitely and I bet he has a grumpy temper on him! Ray has such a gentle, but still strong, manner, and yes he's a bit round but still pretty strong muscle wise; I could imagine living quite happily on an island with him for ages, he's so mild-mannered!
I know who my horse would choose - and that sorts it out for me!
(Eva doesn't like most men, they have to have the right attitude!) |

Would worry about his eating habits tho!

Bear Grylls for purely aesthetic reasons... unfortunately lost some credibility after it emerged he'd stayed in a hotel room instead of roughing it.

A good friend of mine is friends with Bear - after months of constant badgering he got me a signed photo I did ask him to get me something a bit more personal than that but never mind! And no, he utterly refuses to let me meet him Boo. Hiss. |

Ray Mears (only 'cos I don't know the other one). He's so cuddly, I do wonder though - he always has a camera crew in tow; do you think he nips to the local Hilton after filming? He looks rather too well-covered to have survived on seeds and roots |
