Posted - 04 Jun 2009 : 2:26:16 PM I have been telling my little minpins off for barking at what appeared to be nothing over the last few days then my big dog started barking looking into the woods anyway, I went to investigate and could here something walking through the undergrowth, can't see anything as soooo dense well I threw a stone and there was nothing no sound of running feet, hooves after a few minutes whatever it was started getting closer, I panicked and ran in doors, well this afternoon it happened again, whatever it is takes big steps but I cannot see it and it has really spooked me |

Posted - 04 Jun 2009 : 4:04:47 PM Was just going to say wild boar!! The hunters where my sister lives (in France) often leave her a cut of meat when they've hunted on her land (she's vegetarian!) |

Posted - 04 Jun 2009 : 3:50:02 PM Shesk freaked me out Tues evening as he heard "something" in the woods on our ride and it was getting close to Dusk... he normally bobs through happily without a second glance but he was 'on alert' big time!!! We get A LOT of Deer and i've spotted a large Stag on several occasions so hoping it is that.... unless we have our very own Beast of Bodmin!!! Stick to horseback so you can escape quick!!! |
