Hi
I am having trouble accessing my inbox - I can see that I have an unread message but when I try to access to read it I get this message:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-5.0.77]Error writing file '/tmp/MYLaK0aJ' (Errcode: 28)

Is this a problem for everyone or just me?!!

The problem has been solved, so everyone must be able to access their PM inbox now. Please let us know if there are any issues.

An automated BT message? Maybe I am not understanding, but our pm system does not generate any messages, other than maybe sending an email for those users that have it configured to get an email notification of new messages. |

Hi,
I have 2 new PM's and have the same error message coming up so can't access them. Strange thing is I had a telephone call this evening from BT with an automated message telling me to look at Arabian Lines as I had a private message. I've never had one of those before, made me sound as though it was urgent so now I am wondering what the messages are!

Hi Jill,
If you have a notice about unread PMs, that means that you do have PMs to be opened. I know I have one that I can't read for now.
Sorry about it. Seems as the forum is working in spite of that, the provider doesn't seem it's such an urgent matter  . |

Hi Rui,
If everybody is getting this error message, does this mean that we don't necessarily have outstanding PM's waiting to be opened? |

Sorry Kate, everybody is getting this, even me, as it is a database issue. Here is hoping the outsourced hosting customer support can be effective soon enough . |
