Posted - 11 Mar 2010 : 12:07:10 PM Dear Admin - when I'm posting at the moment, my messages get told that the "flood control" system is in use, and that I have not to post within 30seconds of the previous post (12hrs since last post in todays case) and to try later - which I do and then get two posts, both saying the same thing,on the forum. Please can you let me know how I can avoid this happening? Many thanks!

Posted - 11 Mar 2010 : 12:14:31 PM Hi,
If you're getting the message it's because you have posted something else within that 30 second period. My guess is that, somehow, your browser is causing some strange behavior that when you post, it is just reposting it. If you get the message after posting, and giving that you are getting repeated posts, my suggestion is that you skip the repost suggestion and do not post again, contrary to what the advice given suggests.
You may also want to check why this started happening, all of a sudden. Did anything changed with your browser? Are you posting from a work computer, where some restrictions to what you can do may be in place?
