Hi all!
Having figured out how to access pm's yesterday, today cant log on!!! I am on the home computer, which is really temperamental at the moment, so may be that. Was on work computer yesterday, which mostly works! Please help. I've tried logging on about 5 times, and it still doesnt work.
Any help/advice appreciated.

You need to clear all the dots from the text box shown in the image below and insert your password there:

There are two boxes, one for username and the other, to the right of the first, for password. You need to fill in both, in the manner I described before. |

Sorry, Rui; not getting this. I'm clearing the user name box, entering the username, clicking on Log In and its still saying wrong password. Ditto and not clicking on Login but clicking on Private messages which is what i want to access - what else/different should i be doing? |

After inserting your username, you will need to click the text box to insert your password. Make sure you delete any and all existing dots there and once it is totally clean, insert your password.
This should enable you to login. |

Hi Rui,
Thanks for prompt answer; I put in my User name which is Zooscat, and press log in, and the cant log in you have used the wrong username password comes up. I'm sure its me, but perhaps you could explain in words of one syllable ! It worked yesterday..... |
