Posted - 24 May 2011 : 04:01:17 AM Hi Brenda/Vivki, Thanks for these results Brenda. There are a couple of corrections to the catalogue - Dream Design and Stivalery BJ should have been listed as exhibited by M Al Subaie not R Jones. Junior Male Reserve reserve Champion was Forelocks Le Charmeur. Thanks :-)Sally |

Posted - 23 May 2011 : 3:55:53 PM RESULTS NORTH WEST ARABIAN HORSE ORGANISATION RESULTS - IN-HAND CLASSES - Sunday 22nd May - Aintree Racecourse
So sorry although I have a full set of results done throughout the day there were a few problems with the official results on the day, quite a few amendments made. I don’t want to cause any further controversy by publishing a set of results not authenticated by the show organisers. (Even though I know mine are correct and comply fully with the rules for calculating the points system). I am quite happy to publish the Championship Results for those that are interested.

HIGH POINT CHAMPION OF SHOW Dream Design (93.67)
For the 2011 organisers, you did so well, we (Vicki & I and the amazing Team Cooper) had a fabulous show and came home laden with prizes including that precious HOYS ticket with our 'Merlin'.
The Show finally ended at "21.15 hrs"! It was almost Dark! Never before have I watched a sunset whilst watching horses perform in the ring. So sad that many people just had to abandon watching the show as it went on so late. Even the tea-bar abandoned us just after six o-clock. It was bitterly cold with gale force winds, but the stalwarts were still out there clapping and cheering their favourites.
I'm quite sure the show organisers already intend to review the timetable for next year. As this was the first time outdoors at Aintree I think they had an awesome task in front of them and they got through it. Yes, it would have been nice to see a few more entries???, but then again it was probably a blessing there weren't considering the time it finished. Never-the-less we'll be back again next year, blankets and umberella's on our packing list, (so sure to be a heatwave!!)
