Posted - 06 Jun 2010 : 7:54:23 PM Well what can I say, had a fantastic day yesterday, just recovering now.
Mia Bint Adala (Mia) won her yearling filly class, won the junior classic head, overall classic head, went junior pure bred champion, overall pure bred champion and to top it all was champion of champions. She behaved impeccably and was a real good girl especially since this was her first time shown.
Psynammon (Ela) was a star as usual, won the mare class, won the mare classic head, was senior pure bred champion and then reserve overall pure bred champion.
But a think the biggest winner of the day was their dam Shamila Amira (Amy). This mare has been an absolute star for me, she is the sweetest mare ever, has been successful inhand, under saddle and has produced these wonderful girls. Maybe one day we'll take part in the Princess Muna at Malvern
Thanks to Lynn for taking Ela into the ring for me in the Overall Classic Head.
Thanks for Pamela for taking Ela into the Overall Pure Bred Championship.
Thanks to everyone for their sincere congratulations and the committee for putting on an excellent show in fantastic facilities.
Sorry for crying at the end, thats Lynn's fault. Looking forward to next year.
x
