Well done to all who won (and competed!). I have to say FS Velvet was just magical, that filly knows she is special, obviously takes after her equally special mum! Well done to the show committee - The show was great indoors, out from the wind that always seems to be prevelant at Towerlands.
I did not see the ridden on sunday, did anyone see the novice ridden stallions? My old best friend, Rushden Alastif competed and just wanted to know how he did. |

Wanted to take the opportunity to thank Jack's (Elustarius) owner (Caroline Trigg) for allowing us the chance to live with and enjoy this fantastic horse. Jack does everything asked of him with his accustomed willingness and politeness - and he is really a head turner when driven in harness! He seems to have developed a statesman-like attitude, although he never loses his sense of humour! A joy to be around and I am his biggest fan! |

mooky will return to the classic this year,and compete in his first open class,i only think in my dreams he will do as well as he did the last time,when he ended up supreme champion. |

Hi Marilyn, he won the class!  Sounds like it was a bit hairy at the show today then?! Hope you got some pics of him.....
Am not sure if he is going back to the Classic this year, will have to check! |

How did he go on? Not sure what we have - Pete had began to take the Novice stallions when the collecting ring incident stopped the show - me, Natalie and Joanna left before the show restarted so haven't seen any photos. I'm sure there will be plenty for you to see - although they were spooking at the water leaking from the roof! (I did put a waste bin under it to try and catch it!).
PS Remember: it would be nice to see Mooky return to The Classic!!! |

good old Noris.....he did excel himself with the photo shoot..... we have spent hours in the past trying to persuade him to look decorative for photos!! so I will look forward to seeing the pics Marilyn. |
