STOP PRESS SOUTHERN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Last weekend we were at the Berkshire Downs Ride near Wantage for the 2 day 160 km Southern Championships. Cheryl's stallion Khairho has an impressive record at the event coming 2nd in 1999 and 1st in 2000. The ride wasn't run last year because of F&M, so we went back this year to defend the title. At 17 yo he's as good as ever and won the race by a margin of nearly 40 minutes.
