The Larkinglass Farm Maiden Stakes – 7 ½ Furlongs:
1. Mutarased Mr. P Collington

Distances: 2 ½, 2 12 ran
Winner owned by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Trained
by Mrs. G Duffield. Bred by Shadwell Estate Company Ltd.
Mutarased (Bengali D’Albret x Simooma (Vadeer)) made an
encouraging debut at Fontwell and built on that with this comfortable
victory in the Larking Lass Farm maiden stakes coming home three
lengths too good for the potentially smart Penny Black (Chndaka
x Pevunja (Vympel)). CS Kabira (Djebbel x Ciarosa (Ciato)) was
a shade disappointing a further two and half lengths back in
third and is worth another chance.
The Withington Handicap Stakes (Anglo & PBA) 1 Mile
6 Furlongs:
1. La Perruche Mr. P D Rondel
2. Call Me Risky Mr. P Deymonaz
3. Tomaros Mrs. A Masterson
Distances: 2 ½, 7 3 ran
Winner owned and trained by Mr. P D Rondel. Bred by Mme M Gaillard.
La Perruche (L’Estragon x Iron Bird) made a pleasing seasonal
debut with a two and half length victory over Call Me Risky (Risk
Me x Call My Name), always travelling well she quickened clear
to outstay her rivals in the manner of a decent stayer. Tomaros
(Tromeros x Othersal Dawn) was a further six lengths back in
third and will come on for the race.
The Brightwells Selling Winners at Ascot Sales Handicap Stakes
(0-80) 1 Mile 6 Furlongs:
1. Roches Du Cayrou Mr. R Cummings
2. Ibn Ajwaad Mr. P Collington
3. Midnite Dream Mr. D Turner
Distances: 1, 1 ½ 8 ran

Roches Du Cayrou (Newday x Kahinaoura) proved he is as versatile
as he is consistent with a game effort to outstay his rivals
in the Brightwells Selling Winners at Ascot Stakes over 1 Mile
6 Furlongs, he came home a length too good for the gutsy Ibn
Ajwaad (Arioso x Tecaf Shukran) who also seemed to stay the trip.
Midnite Dream (Dantist x Autumn Dream) plugged on for third ahead
of the rest.
The Jebel Ali Racing Club Banded Stakes (A & B 61-65)
1 Mile 6 Furlongs:
1. Notid Mr. F J Offord
2. French Lieutenant Mr. D Turner
3. WA Savannah Sunrise Mr. R G Wollard
Distances: ½, 5 13 ran
Winner owned by The BXPS Racing Partnership. Trained by Mr.
D J Paton. Bred by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The Jebel Ali Racing Club Banded stakes was won by Notid (Tidjani
x Sherrie Noreen) who has ran some eye catching races this season
and fully deserved this win, always handy he battled on well
in the final furlong to reverse the form with French Lieutenant
(Dedja Des Forges x Sihrea Crystal (Crystal Magician)) who beat
him at Exeter. WA Savannah Sunrise (Dantist x Sasparilla Sunrise)
travelled well but found little in the closing stages but stayed
on for third five lengths adrift.
The Abby Dore Handicap Stakes 7 ½ Furlongs:
1. Djeldor De Bozouls Mr. P Collington
2. Fedor Du Bournais Mr. R Cummings
3. Kaspa Mr. R G Woollard
Distances: 4, 3 4 ran
Winner owned by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Trained
by Mrs. G Duffield. Bred by EARL Mezagri Agricole.
Djeldor De Bozouls (Dormane x Udjella) easily won the Abby Dore
Handicap stakes coming home six lengths too good for the field
releasing a blinding turn of foot in the final furlong. Fedor
Du Bournais (Djouras Tu x Cosete Du Bournais) was tapped for
toe and struggled to find the same speed as the winner whilst
Kaspa (Kasadi x Phartiz Maneon (Galeon)) was another three lengths
back in third and will strip fitter for the run.
The Town & Country Farms Novice Rider Handicap Stakes (Series
Qualifier) (0-70) 7 ½ Furlongs:
1. Al Mamoon Mr. R Cummings
2. Khulan Mr. B Adams
3. Jana Mr. A Newey
Distances: 1, 1 ½ 7 ran

The Town and Country Farms Novice rider stakes was won in fine
style by the Delyth Thoams trained Al Mamoon (Passem Lotois x
Al Hanoof), always handy he ran a decent race in coming home
a length clear of Khulan (Vert Olive x Tikis Tiffany). Jana (Normativ
x Joli) ran another sound race in third.
The Clarendon Stud Banded Stakes (Band C) 7 ½ Furlongs:
1. Aqtal Mr. F J Offord
2. Dakota Willow Mr. M Wall
3. Mitali Mr. P J Murphy
Distances: head, 7 6 ran
Winner owned by The BXPS Racing Partnership. Trained by Mr.
D J Paton. Bred by Miss E Maxwell.
Aqtal (Crusader x Azz El Kheil) also completed a double for
trainer David Paton (trainer of Notid) by battling home in the
Clarendon Stud Banded stakes and just getting up at the line
to win a by a head from the fast finishing Dakota Willow (Estamera
x CR Bint Natalie). Mitali (MA Alishah x Mitia) was a five lengths
back in third but ran a good race after a couple of years off
the track.
