Love it Paul, you are sooo right. I have to be careful so I am not seen to be "harassing" them! I will have a long wait until my poor mare appears on the list but I already know she is one of "the lost ones", when evie (thanks Paul, no capitals) rang me she hadn't a clue she ever existed. You would think if she rang me to ask me to stop pasting so that she could move on and start again and get on with her and her daughter's life she would at least have had the nous to see who the horse they had from me was even if she had only said she would have to ask her mother; showed how little they cared! |

Firelight, we have a long way to go yet before we get to the list of KNOWN horses and there is bound to be many more we don't know of.

Claire Chillingworth was involved in all this when the horse was for sale and they were threatening anyone who bought him with legal action so she will know what happened to him.

Barbara and Claire, Libby please would you like to give your account of personal encounter with peel, and anyone else please feel free to add your account to the thread, lets get it on here on one thread, all I ask is that you stick to facts and try!!!! and refrain from calling people names, let keep it civil and honest

I will write up my court case when I get time. I shattered my wrist last autumn and due to low bone density it couldn't be pinned and plated (5 breaks) so I was unable to drive for 5 months and for most of these had to be very careful what I did so was way behind. Unfortunately the break caused arthritis in that hand which then spread so I am a bit slow now!!!! No comments please.
I have been ragworting like mad, it has been really bad this year so that is my priority at the moment, got it out of the haylage fields but lots in the horses fields, fortunately they have plenty of grass so not a problem but it needs to go. Once that is all done I will get the file out and write up my court case. I was also hoping to be able to write up the other case but haven't got the people involved's permission. I will try and get permission with no names etc, just the bare facts. |

Please can I make a suggestion re these threads about the Peels and the RSPCA. Rather than continually bumping ALL of them to the top, would it be better that just this one is always prominent?
This thread with Edgevale's daily updates is more powerful than all the others put together. I read it with mounting horror as each name is added with the outcome.
Thank you Edgevale for the information, harrowing though it is to read

Thanks DianaSC I my self have been horrified at the amount of horses that have had the misfortune of belonging to them, all of the horse's that I'll be putting on here are from the horses mouth so to speak, so all are on the public domain, and I'm sadly 100% sure that I don't have every horse. I have asked Rui if we can make this thread a sticky.
To Rachelle, Stephan, Evie, Templars & Taragun, (using this name in this context makes me very sad) you could have saved yourselves, and all of us that sold you horses, all of this,
but I feel EVERYONE needs to know the depth of your actions, and so that as many people as possible are aware and no one EVER EVER sells you a horse again... Its on here for all to see. Sadly I know you have had stallions and mares returned to you so, as you once said on a thread on here 'you are self sufficient' and free to breed at will as many horses as you had before, and more, with no one to police you, YET !!

It's more distressing every day. The peels seem to have bought horses like shoes, they had the current seasons horses in the spotlight and the ones from last season were cast aside like junk. All very calculated and chilling.
My thoughts are with all affected by the peels. |
