Hi everyone, Glad Susan managed to get over and take the pics at last and we had a lovely sunny day to do it too. The colt foal is in fact a replica of my very first Crabbet Stallion, Golden Khalifa (Silver Flame ex Comforts Caravel) - who would be great grandfather. Poor Meganne had a bad time having him as he was a big foal for a first timer and she rejected it to start with but all is well now. I have certainly been blessed with some lovely foals this year and two fillies as well. The Erin Park Excel filly will stay chestnut (it would have been nice if she had been bay but with all the strong chestnut behind her on the dam side it was not to be). She is a fantastic mover and has a really sweet temperament too. Thank you Susan for all your lovely pictures.
Hi Di, not often on AL these days - life too busy - so only just caught up with you having a 100% filly from Mead. Wow! Congratulations, how exciting! You now have a Crabbet filly each from Mead and Melissa - that has to be good. Great news. Alexia
