My friend Jane Davenport-Lister of Aesthete Stud in North Lincs bred him. She doesnt breed Arabs anymore, just Miniature Horses.
I had a half sister of his, Mindarah Mist, who was also out of Zamarah. Zamarah was never broken, just used as a brood mare but seemed to produce good strong riding types! The sire Rajhmes died just over a year ago (Jane kept both of them until they died). He was broken but Jane mostly showed him in hand and used him predominantly as the sire of most of her stock. She stopped breeding Arabs a few years ago. I think he was owned by a lady who was a doctor or something like that and she did a lot of endurance with him. If you google him he comes up in Endurance GB archive with some of his results.
If you visit her website www.aesthetestud.com her contact details are on there and she will be able to give you more info on his early life/breeding but obviously she sold him as a youngster but she was in contact with the lady she sold him to until quite recently. I have tried EGB but cannot seem to find a search panel or anything but rides in tghe archives. It was from a lead into there that I found he had been at the Golden Horseshoe.
