Hi Evelyn,
Havn't done the 85k but I think Dee,????? did it last year. A bit stoney in places early on. Leaving from the race course and coming back along it is fun. Great for a race over the line as last year everyone cheared all who came in.
Hope to see you there!

Sorry Dee, yes now I really think about it, it was Kaz. Hope everythings ok with her!!!!!
Hi Evelyn,
I've had a friend of yours down here for a few days, Jill Caulder and her lovely mare Scherzo Bint Akhira. Jill is such a nice person and Akhira is a real sweetie. Such a shame she's out of competition for a while.

Hi Shirley
Constance did not think you would mind us recommending Dollar to her, she did not realise that you are just over the border!! I am glad she brought Akhira to you, hopefully she was get a nice little foal. Especially since both horses are proven at endurance.
I have just filled out my entry for Hexham, so we will see you at the BBQ and pre-ride brieffing. I am doing the 85K.

Didn't mind at all, Thank You! It was love at first sight!! Jill left at about 10am this morning after mucking out 2 stables, she slept in our wagon on the yard. Woke her up early yesterday feeding up, so told her I'd feed later this morning. She woke early so set too with the stables, bless her.
Great to here your doing the 85k, think we're getting a few from up Scotland and some of the southern riders coming up too. I'm really sorry I can't do the ride this year but should be ok for Sherwood.
See you at the talk round!
