ALEM HAMZA ARABIANS Situated in picturesque country on the Somerset/Wiltshire border, Amen Hamza Arabians have been breeding Pure Bred Arabians for 30 years, and have specialised in producing performance horses for 18 years. At the moment they have 5 horses in training for Endurance riding, 2 Gold Standard, 2 Intermediate and 1 Novice. Their senior horse is their pure Bred stallion " Khairo" (Zourrrak - Kasbana) winner in 2000 of the 100 Mile 2 Day Southern Championships, and the 50 Mile Cirencester Festival Junior Ride. With his 16 year old rider Anna Williams, he is on the squad for the Young Riders World Championships to be held in Madrid in September. Khairho has a lovely temperament and outstanding action , he has very good legs and feet, and a strong short back _ attributes that he passes on to his progeny. Standing with him is his 5 year old son "Sharik Ibn Khairho" who is out of the Jasper Trophy Winner "Sherfah ( by Hanif) and stands an impressive 15.3hh. The stud have for sale Pure Bred and Anglo youngstock including a 3 year old Anglo Gelding by Khairho out of a race winning TB mare, and a yearling gelding by Dhruv out of a full sister to Ismiah Bint Zourrak (3rd Southern Championships, 1999) For more details of the horses please ring Cheryl and Keith Logan on 01749 850185, or visit their website www.alemhamza.co.uk |
